2) Click the Comments link below this post (lower right). A new window will open, with a box labeled Leave Your Comment.

3) Put your cursor inside the comment box, then hold down CTRL again and hit the letter V. The info you copied will be pasted into the box.

Who, What, When and WHERE

Well, it's official -- the 2008 Roberts-Jones Reunion will be hosted by Roger and Marilyn Caldwell in Lexington, SC. Marilyn and cousin Mark are working to plan a fun-filled weekend of memories that will tide us over for another year (who's turn is next?).

Here are a few firm details already:

WHAT: 2008 Roberts-Jones Reunion

WHEN: June 27-29, 2008

WHERE: Lexington, SC (technically, although it's Columbia for all practical purposes)

Group Gatherings: Hosted at the home of Roger & Marilyn Caldwell

Accomodations: 10 rooms are reserved at Hyatt Place hotel in Harbison at $49/per night.

There are five King (bed) and five Double (beds) rooms available. You do not need to call the hotel for reservations, but you DO need to let Marilyn know which size room you prefer -- first come, first served. Please post a comment to this post with your preference, or call Marilyn at either of the numbers listed above.

Marilyn will keep tabs of your preferences and turn in a list to the Hyatt for room assignments. The hotel is located within 5-6 miles of Roger & Marilyn's house. Rooms are regularly $129-149, but hopefully this much-reduced rate will be affordable for everyone. Special thanks to Kevin Caldwell (whose manages the hotel's landscaping) for securing the reduced rate.

WHO: Everyone who attended last year's reunion, and hopefully all those who weren't able to make it (assorted spouses, children, siblings, etc.). We had a great turnout for our first attempt at Callaway Gardens, but hope to see even more of you this year! The more the merrier!
